Purchase, subscription and account access records.

How we use your information

Your information helps us save your progress, create reports, compare reflections over time and provide access to your purchases.

Reports use automated analysis of your answers. They describe patterns and preferences for personal reflection and are not clinical assessments.

Each participant answers separately. Both must agree before their answers are combined into a shared report.

Answers are saved during the quiz. Choosing not to continue does not automatically delete information already saved.

Shared reports are accessible through the account used for the quiz. Take care when using a shared account or device.

Purchases and service providers

We keep purchase and subscription records to manage access to paid features. Love Match does not store full payment card numbers or security codes.

Service providers may process information needed to host the application, deliver account communications and handle payments.

Cookies and saved information

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, quiz progress and interface preferences.

Clearing browser storage may affect access to an unfinished quiz. It does not delete information already saved on our servers.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or previous reports.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank, stop a quiz and decline joint sharing.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict certain uses and withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to legal requirements and the privacy of other participants.
